Two towers stand on JBR beach with a sky bridge strung between them. That's Address Beach Resort. The buildings hold the hotel of the same name and a set of private residences, and our apartments are among those residences. You get a home of your own, with a kitchen and a door you lock behind you, inside a building that also runs as a hotel.

One practical thing first. In our property system the building is listed as Jumeirah Gate Tower, so you may see that name in messages from us or on paperwork. It is the same place.

Staying in a hotel building without staying in the hotel

The draw here is simple: the towers sit on the beach itself, so the sand is part of your daily routine rather than a trip you plan. Most people who choose this building do so for that reason, and for the novelty of looking up at the sky bridge on the way back from a swim.

Sharing a building with a working hotel has a flip side. There are more people coming and going than in a purely residential tower, and a beachfront hotel is rarely the quiet option. If you want stillness above all, this probably isn't your building.

What our apartments here are like

Our mix leans towards one-bedrooms, which work well for a couple or a small family staying a week or two. Alongside those we have the odd two-bedroom and a few genuinely large three- and four-bedroom homes, some with an extra room meant for a nanny or assistant. That's unusual for JBR and useful if you travel with help.

We'd rather not promise anything on a general page, because it can depend on the apartment. Tell us which one caught your eye and when you plan to come, and we'll say plainly what's included.

Is it a good choice for a big group?

It's one of the better JBR buildings for that, because we have a few large apartments here, some with an assistant's room. Couples and small families are well served by the one-bedrooms. Tell us who's coming and we'll suggest what fits.
