La Vie, JBR: Holiday Apartments on the Beachfront
La Vie is one of the newer residential towers on the JBR beachfront, built by Dubai Properties. It has direct access to the beach and an infinity pool that looks out over the Arabian Gulf.

Life inside the building
The main draw is the beach. You can walk out of the building and onto the sand. The infinity pool has sea views, so on a hot afternoon you can choose between the Gulf and fresh water without going far. For children there is a separate shaded pool next to a play area. The shade matters more in Dubai than you might expect.
If you keep up a routine on holiday, there is a stand-alone gym with changing rooms and lockers, plus a sauna and steam room. Outside there are jogging paths and long walkways, a raised community garden, landscaped areas and a BBQ space. There is also a multi-purpose room.
Arriving is straightforward. The building has a generous forecourt for drop-offs, spacious lobbies with a concierge, and 24/7 security. Allocated parking comes with the building. If you are hiring a car, ask us whether your particular apartment has a space.
Our apartments in La Vie
Our La Vie apartments are one-bedrooms and two-bedrooms. There are no studios here. The two-bedrooms suit families or friends who want separate rooms rather than a sofa bed. Some apartments have full sea views, but we will not promise that for every unit. If the view matters most to you, put that at the top of your message and we will describe plainly what each apartment looks out on.
Who it suits
La Vie works best for people who came to Dubai for the beach. Families get the most out of it, because the kids' pool, play area and garden are all inside the building. Couples and longer-stay guests get a quieter residential base with a proper gym.
Shops, cafés and restaurants are in the wider JBR community, not in the tower itself. So you will step outside for meals and errands. If you would rather stay somewhere with everything downstairs, keep that in mind.
Questions people ask
Can I get to the beach directly from La Vie?
Yes. The building has direct beach access, so you do not need to cross a road or go through another development. This is one of the main reasons people choose it.
Is La Vie good for young children?
It is one of the more family-friendly options. There is a shaded kids' swimming pool and a play area, plus landscaped outdoor space and a garden. The beach access helps too.
Will my apartment have a sea view?
Some of ours do, but views vary from one apartment to another. Tell us how much the view matters when you enquire and we will be clear about what you would see from each one.
